Please allow us 3-5 business days for engraving and additional 1-3 days for order processing.

During peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control, including unexpected customs delays for worldwide shipments.

Order Changes and Shipping Details:

Ensure accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delays or order cancellation. Address issues? We'll email you within 3 business days for verification. If no response, we may cancel your order.

Notice an error? Email us at support@giftree.ca within 24 hours. We'll try to accommodate changes, but can't guarantee changes after this time.

Delayed Delivery:

We strive for prompt shipping, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or product availability issues may affect delivery times. We'll notify you promptly of any issues.

GifTree isn't liable for delays caused by external factors. We'll do our best to update you on your order status and assist in resolving any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once handed to our courier, packages are beyond our control. If lost or stolen, contact us at support@giftree.ca. File a claim with the courier and provide necessary information. We'll also follow up with the courier on your behalf.

While we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we'll assist you in resolving the issue. Replacement may be offered based on the situation.

In case the courier locates the package, they may deliver it. If not, consider filing a police report.

GifTree reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy without prior notice. Customers accept the latest version when purchasing and using our products.
