If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us at support@giftree.ca.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may enter processing. If canceled within 24 hours, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

Try our products for a minimum of 14 days. If you're unsatisfied within 30 days, you may return the items. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact our support team through our Contact Us page or email us at support@giftree.ca, providing your Order Number or relevant details.

Damaged Items:

We take care in packaging to prevent damage. Report damaged items within 72 hours with clear photos to support@giftree.ca. We'll assess eligibility for a replacement at no cost.

We don't refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery:

While we aim for timely delivery, delays beyond our control may occur. Contact the courier for delivery issues. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not notified within 24 hours, no resend or refund is available.
